 Taking care of a baby is not that difficult. For me, the most weary part is to clean everything mon bébé destroyed all the time, without enough sleep.

 Today mon bébé is going to show you a few yoga moves for babies. Beware that these poses are safe and easy to do only for 6-8 month old babies. For illustration please see the following pictures. Don’t foget to breath during the exercise!

Mon bébé recently discovered the fun of spitting, which made me very nervous. I tried to reason out with him the other day. I said, “Mon bébé, you can spit whenever you want only if you are a MLB (major league baseball) player. So now, stop spitting!!”

Mon bébé recently discovered a new game that makes Papa very nervous.

Every now and then, mon bébé rolls to the bookshelf, takes his time to choose some books, and then attacks them one by one. 20-30 minutes later, some books stand strangly, while others lay on the floor in disorder. Soon after mon bébé is satisfied, he rolls back so as to appreciate his nice art work.

Usually, we do this when Papa is not at home. Mon bébé is happy, and I get my precious 20-30 minutes of freedom.

My family is one of special abilities.

Papa: good at reading & eating.

Maman: shopping fast & eating icecream super fast.

mon bébé: really really good at playing papa & maman.

Nowadays mon bébé  likes to roll and roll all over the living room. He often stops right under a table or a chair and stays there for quite a while. 

Mon bébé is just like a little carpenter, who takes his time studying the structure of a furniture.

I always believe that a family is incomplete without A dog.  Papa and I sometimes talk about bringing home a puppy to grow up along with mon bébé. We finally did that last week.

We took mon bébé to a store, and let him choose between a Beagle (Snoopy type dog) and an English Bulldog (my FuFu’s english cousin). Mon bébé was very excited and smiled at both of them. Then mon bébé raised his small hands slowly and touched the bigger one. Just as Papa had wished, mon bébé chose the ugly but good-hearted English bulldog.

We named him A-Fu.

  Mon bébé is full of surprises. We found out the other  day that he was playing with his goodnight stars projector (see picture  ←) in a unique way.

  It appeared that mon bébé somehow turned on the projector and placed it between his 2 legs. As a result, mon bébé was acting like a big firefly in our small bedroom.

Babies are all angels when they are sleeping. Never mind he/she just ate trash an hour ago, or screamed like a monster 5 minutes ago.

Mon bébé had a lunch appointment with IF A-gon & A-ma today. Since he is going through some sort of  bonding process, mon bébé gets strong separation anxiety when being an inch away from me. Over the lunch, he cried none stop when someone besides me held him. So I had to eat my supreme steak (cooked for 36 hours) in just 3 minutes and gulp my latte, while holding mon bébé in my arms ALL THE TIME. That was the moment mon bébé was not cute at all. And I wanted to……him (you imagine).

But no matter what he had done to me, once he starts to smile, play, or even sleep, he is my angel again.
